Return Policy

Portable Winch Co. retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged or an order canceled. Portable Winch Co. thus encourages customers to use care when placing an order, as once placed, the order cannot be canceled, nor the item returned or exchanged unless Portable Winch Co. expressly consents.

STANDARD WARRANTY

Portable Winch Co. guarantees its new products to be free from defects resulting from deficient material and workmanship under normal use and service. See our Warranty Policy for details.

IF YOUR PRODUCTS ARRIVE DAMAGED

VERY IMPORTANT: Portable Winch Co. cannot accept responsibility for damages occurred after a customer signed for delivered products in good condition.

At the time of delivery of your order, make sure that you received the right number of packages and that they are in good condition. In the case of missing or damaged packages, immediately notify the driver and make sure before signing that the driver has taken note of the missing package(s) and condition of the damages. It is also advisable to take pictures of the packages.

Once the order is received, make sure that the content of each package correspond to the packing slip and that no product is missing.

Before contacting Portable Winch Co., please contact the carrier that delivered your package within 24 hours of receipt. Portable Winch Co. cannot accept responsibility for damage incurred after a customer has signed for delivered products in good condition.

At all times:

  • Returned products require approval from Portable Winch Co. prior shipping.
  • Products must be returned within 25 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
  • Refunds cover the cost of the products only; shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Products must be unused or defective to be returned and refunded. There may be a 15% restocking fee for products that do not meet these conditions.
  • Processing your return via mail will take 2-4 weeks.

IMPORTANT: Always contact Portable Winch Co. before returning any product. All products, especially gas-powered products and batteries, cannot be returned to Portable Winch Co. until written notice and instructions have been provided by Portable Winch Co.
